About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our Enterprise Support team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing consultative architectural and operational guidance to our customers, helping them achieve the greatest value from AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build solutions and provide technical guidance to customers
  • Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Operation, Cloud Architect, Service Delivery Manager, etc.
  • Expertise in two or more technical domains (e.g., System administration, networking, programming, dev ops, security, compute, storage, databases, big data, analytics, etc.)
  • Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences
  • Professional experience with AWS and/or other cloud offerings such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools including Continuous Integration / Deployment, etc.
