Job Summary

We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our senior leadership team as the Global Supply Chain Excellence Leader. This newly created role will drive end-to-end supply chain excellence from suppliers to in-market customers, overseeing strategic supply chain plans and collaborating with plant Managing Directors and senior business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and implement a vision for Global Excellence in Supply Chain that drives end-to-end supply chain excellence.
  • Oversight of the development and implementation of strategic supply chain plans, ensuring common approaches across manufacturing sites for EHS, Quality & Compliance, Sourcing, Excellence in Manufacturing, and Customer Service.
  • Collaboration with plant Managing Directors and senior business leaders to ensure supply chain needs and expectations are met and best practice processes and principles are identified and shared.
  • Advocacy and contribution to the group's 2025 strategy and Global Excellence in Supply Chain, applying a transformational mindset and driving continuous improvement.
  • Leadership on specific global projects, ensuring completion within time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Representation of Global Supply at internal and external events, conferences, and meetings.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in driving business and supply chain excellence in complex manufacturing environments.
  • Relevant skills and experience including building excellence in EHS, quality & compliance, supply chain strategy, and best practice processes, lean manufacturing.
  • Experience working within group functions and affecting change across all levels and geographies, comfortable with working in a matrix structure.
  • Experience leading and managing strategic projects within time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong commercial exposure, with a full understanding of the impact of supply excellence on the group's P&L.
  • Ability to travel internationally.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £120,000 - £160,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
