Senior Hotel Sales Director

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Hotel Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Manage the pre-opening phase of the hotel, ensuring a smooth transition from planning to launch.
• Lead daily sales activities, coaching your team to deliver exceptional results and meet targets.
• Hit personal and team sales goals, maximizing profitability and occupancy rates.
• Create and implement measurable sales plans that drive incremental occupancy, rate increases, and volume growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts, identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
• Four or more years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing, with direct supervisory experience over a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of local businesses and trends, with the ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
• Fluent English and Spanish language skills, with proficiency in German preferred.
