About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Analyst to join our team in Switzerland. As a Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for owning the operational performance of our suppliers, managing and enhancing their operational and commercial performance in line with our strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Performance Management
- Identify and promote opportunities to continuously improve contractual relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure the execution of and participate in the contractual and operational reviews of our governance model.
- Perform gap analysis through suppliers' performance benchmarking and competitive analyses to continuously improve operational and process performance.
- Implement processes to collect business metrics for analysis.
- Gather performance data requirements against agreed supplier service levels.
- Prepare and distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and analyze internal and external feedback surveys to highlight trends, areas of strength, and weaknesses.
- Provide statistical performance analyses to demonstrate compliance with contracted SLAs and productivity levels.
- Act as the corporate point of contact to support our territory teams in their management of 3rd party suppliers.
- Drive service level improvements and monitor supplier performance trends in all operational areas in coordination with operational owners.
- Define, agree, and implement continual service improvement plans with suppliers and stakeholders to positively influence and improve the internal and external customer experience.
- Ensure continual supplier engagement review to identify and drive opportunities to increase value and save cost.
- Contribute to the design of standard customer SLAs for new services and create relevant customer SLA templates and design guides.
- Own the relationship with assigned suppliers.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in business management, Computer Science, information systems, or equivalent. You should have a strong background in supplier performance management, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
