Our Client
Netatmo develops innovative, connected consumer electronics that provide a seamless user experience. As a Technical Support Agent, you will handle technical queries via email and chat, striving for first-contact resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Understand and respond to client requests (email and chat)
- Analyze client situations to provide quick and efficient responses
- Identify technical incidents, diagnose them, and offer suitable solutions
- Provide adequate solutions with a positive approach
- Organize product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written)
- High level of English
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize with customers, analyze their problems, and offer individual solutions
- Collaborate with a dynamic, motivated, and multicultural team to respond to customer demands for Netatmo products
- Ability to work in a team, be easy-going, and adapt quickly to new environments
- Full-time position (39 hours/week)
- Working days/hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Salary: €19,500.00 gross per year
- Bonus: Performance-related bonus up to €150 gross per month
- Holidays: 24 calendar days
- Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
- Hybrid work arrangement: 3 to 4 days at the office
- Training: 4 weeks of full-time training at the office
- Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
