About the Role:

The Client Account Director will play a pivotal part in driving the expansion of our customer base within the retail sector, focusing on the EMEA region. This involves leveraging high-level enterprise sales techniques to deliver exceptional service levels and ensure that our clients derive significant value from our solutions.

This is a remote position, requiring the individual to be based in Spain, Ireland, Romania or Serbia.

Main Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will work closely with the VP Sales EMEA to identify key retail targets for new business opportunities, drive incremental revenue from existing clients and generate sales of our visual AI platform for loss prevention. They will be responsible for managing client expectations regarding B2B requirements and service level KPIs, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the entire client lifecycle.

The successful candidate will also be expected to establish and foster strong partnerships with local businesses to co-sell Everseen's solutions, ensuring optimal sales cycles and revenue growth. Additionally, they will collaborate with Everseen's Onboarding team to ensure seamless project and system installation rollouts, converting these into revenue as forecasted.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales account management, specifically in the retail industry, with a proven track record of success in leading client accounts in the EMEA market. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to comprehensively understand client needs and requirements. Proficiency in AI and Computer Vision, as well as extensive experience with a consultative selling approach, is also essential. Fluency in English and advanced proficiency in French are required, along with excellent time management and negotiation skills.
