Job Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Development
- Help build a good understanding of the market through market research and analysis.
- Contribute to product development projects, including new product development, sustaining, and compliance.
- Manage and implement packaging improvement projects.
- Go-to-Market Strategy
- Recommend, create, and update sales-oriented documents, such as benchmark tables, sales pitches, and range recaps.
- Provide guidelines and support to the Marcom Manager and Training team for the execution of B2B and B2C communication materials.
- Market Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor user satisfaction via available tools, such as reviews platforms and sales feedback.
- Provide sales analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Education
- Chemical engineer or engineering degree with specialization in marketing/business.
- Master's degree in engineering with a marketing/business specialization.
- Experience
- 3+ years of work experience in a similar environment.
- Previous experience in the pool industry, water treatment applications is highly desirable.
- Skills
- Good use of Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Project management skills, from initiation to delivery.
