Transformation Manager

SmartRental Group is a dynamic company dedicated to the operation and management of properties for the tourism and catering sector. We aim to be the European leader in the market, providing diverse solutions adapted to all accommodation needs.

As a Transformation Manager, you will lead transformation initiatives from concept through to delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones. You will identify and manage risks and issues, and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead transformation initiatives from concept through to delivery
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, and ensure mitigation strategies are in place
  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership, department heads, and project teams to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Facilitate regular communication with key stakeholders to provide project updates, manage expectations, and address concerns
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives
  • Track project progress, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and make recommendations for course corrections as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-4+ years of experience in Consulting, managing transformation or change management projects, preferably within Tech, Data, Strategy
  • Proven track record of delivering successful transformation programs in complex environments
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with senior stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions
  • In-depth understanding of change management principles and best practices
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment
