Primary Responsibilities
​
Assume supervisory responsibilities for a team of employees, overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company standards.


  • Assign tasks and duties to team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control departmental expenses, maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation within the department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.


Team Management

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Recruit, select, and train new team members, ensuring they meet company standards and expectations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Address conflicts and concerns in a fair and timely manner, ensuring a positive work environment.


Additional Responsibilities

Support the hotel's overall success by contributing to various initiatives and projects.

  • Participate in staff development programs, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting the achievement of hotel goals and objectives.
