About the Job
Nestlé SA is looking for a talented BA Manager to lead its Regional Business Analysts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resource planning, resource management, and budgeting for the team while ensuring that proper resources and attention are given to regional and market testing of Quality Management applications.

The Role
The BA Manager will communicate and work with business leaders to take sound decisions and manage risks. They will also translate business strategies into IS/IT product requirements and play a key role within the Product Group Team to specify, test, and deploy those as IS/IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage resource planning, resource management, and budgeting for the team.
  • Ensure that proper resources and attention are given to regional and market testing of Quality Management applications.
  • Communicate and work with business leaders to take sound decisions and manage risks.
  • Translate business strategies into IS/IT product requirements.
  • Play a key role within the Product Group Team.
