About the Job:
Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Mulesoft Strategic Consumption Lead to join our team in Spain. As a member of our MuleSoft Solution Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and engagement with our largest customers. Your expertise in technical solutions sales, technical architecture, or consulting will help us retain, grow, and enable our customers to fully apply the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to achieve their business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and expansion of consumed credits within initial and other lines of business.
* Proactively discover and pitch new use cases within the same line of business with customers as well as extending to other lines of business.
* Engage in implementation roadmap challenges and their implications on potential use case expansion in the future.
* Build relationships with customers, including IT and LOB teams, to understand their IT infrastructure and business requirements/use case roadmap.
Requirements:
* 5-10 years of customer-facing experience in technical solutions sales, technical architecture, or consulting role.
* Deep technical know-how on data architecture and conversant in business language.
* Experience driving sales and expansion strategies with Enterprise customers, including a deep understanding of utilization and consumption models, plays, and importance.
Salary Range:
$140,000 - $200,000 per year.
