About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Pricing Analyst to join our team and help us achieve our goal of delivering high-stakes, high-value payments across the global education, healthcare, travel, and B2B industries.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic pricing models that align with our business objectives and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic pricing models that align with Flywire's business objectives and market positioning.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess trends and pricing benchmarks across industries and regions.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams to optimize pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and client retention.
  • Analyze transaction data and pricing performance to identify opportunities for price optimization and margin improvement.
  • Monitor regulatory and economic factors that impact pricing decisions and ensure compliance with regional and global regulations.
  • Establish pricing governance frameworks, including approval processes and documentation for pricing changes.
  • Present pricing recommendations and reports to senior leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Pricing Analyst who can analyze market trends, assess competitor pricing models, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, or a related field.
  • A master's degree is a plus.
  • At least three to five years of experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or revenue management in a fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services environment.
  • Strong data analysis and modeling skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or BI platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex pricing data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive pricing strategies, and revenue optimization techniques.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a global organization with knowledge of multi-currency pricing structures and international payment regulations.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
