Your Mission as a Tool Pusher
As a Tool Pusher, you will play a pivotal role in managing Ejad's interests at the rig site during night shifts. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the health, safety, and environmental policies are meticulously followed, while also fostering positive relationships with our customers. Implementing the well program effectively and managing daily rig operations will be at the heart of your mission, making your contribution crucial to our success. You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Tool Pusher:

• Conduct pre-tour and toolbox meetings to ensure all crew members are aligned with daily objectives and safety protocols.
• Supervise all rig departments, providing training and evaluation for the rig crew to promote a high level of competency and safety awareness.
• Assess risks diligently, mitigating them effectively, and ensuring all HSE policies are communicated and adhered to.
• Liaise with customer representatives to implement well programs efficiently, maintaining positive and productive relationships.
• Plan, organize, and manage daily operations including drilling, well testing, work-over, well control, and rig movements.
• Supervise key and critical operations, ensuring they are well-planned and executed under your guidance.
• Oversee HSE compliance, ensuring permits to work are signed off only when all safety measures are in place.
• Direct the application of planned and preventative maintenance programs to keep equipment operational.
• Monitor equipment and systems, ensuring they are used within operational parameters, and supervise necessary tests and repairs.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas sector, with a strong focus on rig operations and safety protocols. Comprehensive understanding of HSE policies, well-controlled principles, and operational planning. Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and supervise a diverse team. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to anticipate and mitigate risks. Ability to work effectively under pressure, making critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. Field experience, showcasing a deep understanding of practical and strategic aspects of rig operations.
