Neurointerventional Specialist

The Neurointerventional Specialist will serve as the Principal Investigator to coordinate the CaixaResearch Health HR24-00927 project, titled Una nueva estrategia terapéutica más efectiva para tratar las malformaciones arteriovenosas cerebrales.

Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is a public sector institution that promotes and develops biomedical research, innovation, and teaching at Vall d'Hebron University Hospital (HUVH), the biggest hospital in Barcelona and the largest of Catalan Institute of Health (ICS).

We are seeking a highly skilled Neurointerventional Specialist to lead our CaixaResearch Health HR24-00927 project. As the Principal Investigator, you will be responsible for coordinating the project, working closely with neurologists, interventional neuroradiologists, veterinarians, pharmacologists, and biologists.

• Coordinate the CaixaResearch Health HR24-00927 project
• Work closely with neurologists, interventional neuroradiologists, veterinarians, pharmacologists, and biologists
• Demonstrate effective embolisation of target lesions using newly developed formulations
• Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through scientific writing and publishing study results in scientific journals

• Medical Doctor Residency in Radiology
• At least 1 year of experience working in an interventional neuroradiology department
• At least 5 years of experience working in a clinical hospital
