About the Role

The Cybersecurity Risk Program Manager will play a critical role in driving the design, implementation, and execution of a risk management governance program across the organization. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing risk models, and creating risk treatment strategies to ensure the security and integrity of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and analyze potential risks that could impact the business and product groups.
  • Develop and maintain risk models to predict and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk treatment strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting and monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of risk management initiatives.
  • Support the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to information security, computer science, or a related major.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cybersecurity and/or privacy program management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a globally distributed and multicultural team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a software development environment.
  • Valuable certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA, CISM, CISSP, GIAC, OSCP, SSCP, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to influence change at all levels within an organization.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
