Software Engineer Ml Ops Specialist

This position is with Mygwork, an inclusive employer and a member of the LGBTQ+ business community. We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer with experience in MLOps environments to join our ML platform team.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of data & software engineers and data scientists to design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure serving the company.
- Design, develop, and maintain ML pipelines, ensuring high reliability and scalability.
- Contribute to optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for deployment in big-data environments.
- Collaborate closely and effectively with other teams to integrate ML models into their products and services.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production ML systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Contribute to the development of best MLOps practices within the company.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Proven experience in scaling up machine learning models for production deployment.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Proven experience in big data pipeline development and management in Spark.
- Familiarity with cloud-first distributed compute and orchestration systems.
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and best practices.
- Excellent writing skills for documenting technical designs and operational processes.
