The ideal candidate will play a key role in all phases of our creative projects, from ideation through to production. Based on tested and strategic insights, you will define, design and build bespoke visual narratives, crafting all elements needed to create a consistent and delightful brand experience.
We're looking for someone who is driven by a keen interest in contemporary visual culture, tech-driven identities and concept-led design. You should be able to work at a fast pace without sacrificing attention to both essential details and the broader context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the design of branding projects through conception, execution, and delivery
- Creating well-articulated design concepts
- Scaling concepts across a wide range of digital and physical outputs
- Defining design systems and guidelines
- Managing the quality of design from initial concept through to production
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional design experience (agency background is a plus)
- Keen understanding of screen-based brand expressions
- Demonstrated expertise in developing design systems
- Proficiency in Art Direction
- Ability to articulate and present brand work to internal teams and clients in a confident and coherent manner
