We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team at EPAM Systems. As a key member of our distributed automation testing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and stability of our client's Trading System.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and development teams to define requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Design, document, develop, and maintain automated tests, including functional, regression, performance, and other types of testing.
- Execute tests, analyze results, and report defects to ensure timely resolution.
- Proactively identify and address system stability, performance, accuracy, and overall quality issues.
- Contribute to the refinement and extension of our core testing framework or develop a new framework from scratch.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation.
- Strong knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Proficiency in SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, XSLT, XPath, and CSS.
- Experience with version control systems like Git, TFS, Maven, and SVN.
- Understanding of continuous integration (CI) tools such as Jenkins and TeamCity.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with NUnit and working knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of functional testing practices, documentation, and processes.
- Upper-intermediate or advanced English language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building or extending automation testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in other foreign languages.
