About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our dynamic and international team at IE University Business School.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the day-to-day management of academic programs, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality student experience.
  • Collaborate with faculty to develop and implement innovative curriculum, concentrations, and electives.
  • Provide exceptional student support, addressing concerns, and offering guidance and advice.
  • Lead regular meetings with class representatives to gather feedback and communicate important matters.
  • Work closely with other IE departments to ensure a successful student experience.
  • Supervise and coordinate Program Assistants and Coordinators.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in academic program management.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to address concerns and feedback in a constructive manner.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
