Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Expert to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our Documentation Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our product documentation. This includes collating and evaluating requests from Business Units, preparing complex regulatory documentation, and providing expertise on specific regulatory topics. Your expertise will also be utilized to prepare and communicate Standard Operational Procedures globally.

Responsibilities

  • Collate and evaluate requests by Business Unit (BU), ensuring timely delivery of compliant documentation to internal and external customers.
  • Prepare complex regulatory documentation to ensure product compliance and quality standards are met.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for RA Documentation Team and RA BU Team on complex regulatory topics, such as KGA POC and TTH alignment POC.
  • Develop, validate, train, and communicate Standard Operational Procedures globally.
  • Provide guidance and support to Specialists RA Documentation and other colleagues.

Requirements
We require a Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Food Technology, or a related scientific field. You must have at least 3 years' experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in the related industry segments. A high level of English and Spanish is essential, with any additional language skills a plus. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and IS tools, are required. Experience in team management and strong people leadership skills are also necessary to inspire, influence, and motivate others to perform.
