Pharmacist Supervisor

Role Overview:

As a Store Pharmacist at Watsons Personal Care Stores (Phils.) Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring profitability, and maintaining regulatory compliance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to meet sales budget and pharmacy profitability targets.
• Ensure consistency in the execution of brand standards when interacting with customers and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Perform necessary functions for digitally enabled services and support the immediate head in managing ROS compliance to minimize shrinkage.
• Support the immediate head in monitoring and tracking controllable expenses, recommending cost efficiency measures to increase productivity and profitability.
• Adhere to health protocols and implement crisis management plans to maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Build relationships with lessors to facilitate better communication and coordination to support the business.
• Sustain team engagement and performance through coaching, counseling, motivating, and disciplining employees.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be a Licensed Pharmacist.
• Familiarity with the implementation of Retail Operating Standards.
• Experience in sales and customer service functions.
• Willingness to work in Watsons Catarman Samar.
