We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team at Brambles. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
- Minimum of five years of experience in IT solution development, including technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or cloud development.
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects and solutions.
- Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and technical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a relevant industry is an asset, but not required.
- TOGAF foundation or practitioner certification.
- Certifications in Java, Java Enterprise Edition/Spring, Front End JavaScript, or AWS.
- Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
- Experience delivering presentations to senior-level executives and technical audiences.
