Job Title: EASA Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Spanish International Aircraft Maintenance SL (SIAM) is a leading provider of aircraft maintenance services to Ryanair, a major European airline. Our team of highly trained engineers is responsible for ensuring the airworthiness and safe operation of Ryanair's fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced B1 Engineer with a type rating to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks, supervising a team of Aircraft Mechanics, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out maintenance tasks as required and allocated
  • Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks
  • Complete the appropriate documentation
  • Supervise a team of Aircraft Mechanics
  • Comply with all company procedures, policies, regulations, and MOE
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to
Requirements:
  • EASA B1 license endorsed with a type rating (preferably with a Boeing 737 – 800)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Previous hangar experience is desirable
  • Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and nights
  • Unrestricted right to work in Spain/EU
