About the Role

This is a quota-bearing sales persona responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned regional clients. The ideal candidate will leverage Ntt DATA's tools and methodologies to analyze client needs and develop strategies for expansion and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas within assigned regional clients.
  • Build relationships and influence stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Work with Ntt DATA's network of offices to deliver an excellent client experience in each relevant market.
  • Realize revenue and margin targets by connecting client needs with Ntt DATA's offerings and solutions.
  • Develop and drive organization strategy with local client managers within assigned regional accounts.
  • Use engagement skills to establish account strategies with key stakeholders.
  • Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts.
  • Use Ntt DATA's sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.
  • Be fully aware of and understand the International Trade Policy.
  • Meet or exceed quota targets through comprehensive account management.
  • Grow the profitability, revenues, and client satisfaction levels for Ntt DATA's regional clients' portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will drive business growth by developing and executing strategies to expand and renew relationships with assigned regional clients. You will work closely with Ntt DATA's network of offices to deliver an excellent client experience and realize revenue and margin targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess advanced planning skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and a high level of business acumen. You will also need to be able to leverage Ntt DATA's tools and methodologies to analyze client needs and develop strategies for expansion and renewals.
