Main Responsibilities:
- Support driving a standardization project to improve standardization methods implemented across different regions.
- Support optimizing implementation processes to reduce installation time for new implementations while enhancing implementation quality.
- Assist in managing project tasks to ensure delivery times are met.
- Maintain a repository of deliverables to facilitate collaboration among various Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Help in rolling out standardization deliverables, including technical configuration standards and associated documentation.
- Promote and support effective collaboration across different network members.
- Organize and keep up to date using an agile methodology.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for an ongoing project aimed at standardizing and enhancing the implementation of Navify Lab Operations. You'll be a key contact to facilitate collaboration among various Subject Matter Experts (e.g., Support & Training specialists, Implementation Solution Managers, and other Roche Service Representatives).
Your daily tasks will include maintaining project updates and working with agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, you'll learn about regional implementation standards and support the team in improving their standardization methods, thereby enhancing implementation quality.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking a recent graduate with a degree in one of the following fields: Technology (Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science), Engineering (Biomedical, systems, or similar disciplines), or Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related fields). You'll possess strong communication skills, be a team player, and be proactive in your work. You'll also be adaptable, purpose-driven, resilient, and willing to learn and improve.
