Role Overview

We are seeking an Accommodation Sales Contractor – Italian Market to join our Accommodation team based in Barcelona. As a key player, you will help the Lodging team build and grow its supplier portfolio of online accommodations by contracting targeted hotels in strategic markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calling and influencing to add accommodations to the Odigeo Connect Platform via email and telephone.
Establish and maintain relationships with lodging providers, gathering market and customer information, and creating a database in our Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce).
Explain Odigeo requirements and philosophy, transmitting enthusiasm, confidence, and credibility to partners.
Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Italian.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence confidently by phone and email.
Hospitality or OTA knowledge is a plus.

People Oriented:

Strong communication skills, flexibility, active listening, and empathy.
Self-motivation and teamwork.
Business acumen and commercial skills.
Ability to work alone without direct supervision, demonstrating a high level of autonomy.

Proficient with Productivity Tools:

MS Office Package and Gmail (Gdocs, Gcalendar, Hangout, etc...), Salesforce, Internet navigation.
Skilled in sales and/or call center with a commercial background.

Client Relationship Management:

Establishes and builds healthy working relationships with partners and colleagues.
