At Syneos Health, we are passionate about developing our people through career development and progression. As a Clinical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for performing activities in compliance with applicable Corporate and Clinical Operations Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions. You will assist Clinical Monitoring staff with site management activities, including serving as a Sponsor representative for sites on assigned studies, and communicating with sites to ensure compliance with protocol requirements, study procedures, and relevant guidelines.

Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining Trial Master File (TMF) and project files, preparing and maintaining site manuals, reference tools, and other documents, and maintaining, updating, and inputting clinical tracking information into databases. You will also track incoming and outgoing clinical and regulatory documents and updates for investigator sites, studies, project team, or client, manage shared mailboxes, process site requests, and route correspondence appropriately.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with good communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a High School diploma or equivalent and are passionate about developing your people, we encourage you to apply.
