Job Title: Global MarTech Data Analyst

Job Summary:

This role requires collaboration across Marketing Communications, Business Intelligence, and other Marketing departments to support site enhancements, monitor performance, and ensure analytics data quality to optimize the existing web strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • MarTech Analytics: Setting up centralized tracking concepts for all tire brand websites based on KPIs in Google Analytics, managing and configuring accounts for all Marketing technologies (PIM, DAM), and managing Consent Management Tools for cookies and legal settings.
  • Marketing Digital Performance: Coordinating discussions and challenging actions with markets and stakeholders, supporting standardization of digital marketing best practices, and delivering reports and building dashboards based on key figures to support stakeholders.
  • Qualtrics Management: Managing the Qualtrics account, training and supporting MarCom colleagues in data management, and structuring and managing B2C voice of the customer to coordinate enhancements with product owners.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Multiple years of experience working in web analytics, online marketing, or related areas.
  • Experience working with large content management platforms.
  • Expert knowledge in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM).
  • Project management skills.
  • Data protection and legal knowledge.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, no other language required.
  • Open to travel up to 20%, including business trips abroad.

Additional Information:

You will be part of the Global Marketing team for Continental Tires, reporting to the Head of Global Marketing Technologies & Digital Experience. The role is posted as located in Madrid (Spain), but other countries could be considered.
