Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Payment Specialist with expertise in English and Uzbek and/or Russian to join our team in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily high volumes of payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Learn and apply complex standard processes to resolve queries and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and maintain reports.
• Conduct KPI and Sox controls activities.
• Provide flexible support to the team as needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a business or office environment, preferably in Supply Chain or Finance.
• Fluent level in English and Uzbek and/or Russian.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with task prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
