Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Industrial Cybersecurity department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing solution-wide security architecture, providing comprehensive cybersecurity support to various communities within the company, and participating in developing internal technical cybersecurity standards and architecture principles.
Key Responsibilities- Define and Maintain Cybersecurity Architectural Framework: Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity architectural framework for products and solutions, manufacturing and business-managed IT.
- Develop Cybersecurity Principles and Standards: Define and maintain cybersecurity principles, standards, and guardrails, reference architectures, and cybersecurity practices.
- Evaluate Business Requirements and Cybersecurity Architecture: Evaluate business requirements and cybersecurity architecture and design decisions to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Facilitate Cybersecurity Architecture and Design Reviews: Facilitate cybersecurity architecture and design reviews to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of product development.
- Provide Cybersecurity Guidance: Provide cybersecurity guidance on design and implementation to product development teams to ensure that security is a key consideration in all aspects of product development.
- Perform Threat and Risk Analysis: Perform threat and risk analysis at both component and wind power plant levels to identify potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support Cybersecurity Certification Activities: Support SGRE cybersecurity certification activities to ensure that our products and solutions meet the highest security standards.
- Experience in Cybersecurity: Several years of experience in cybersecurity, product security, or OT security in an architect or similar role.
- Academic Degree: Academic degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or a comparable education.
- Technical Security Knowledge: Excellent technical security knowledge based on cybersecurity standards and good practices.
- OT Cybersecurity Standards: Experience with widely recognized OT cybersecurity standards, including ISA / IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and ISO 27001.
- Threat Modeling and Risk Assessment: Experience with threat modeling and risk assessment to identify potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- SCADA, Industrial Control Systems, and Industrial Networks: Experience with SCADA, industrial control systems, and industrial networks to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of product development.
- Containerization and Cloud Security: Knowledge of containerization and cloud security to ensure that our products and solutions meet the highest security standards.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
