Freelance Recruiter Opportunity

David Kennedy Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Freelance Recruiter to join our team. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top-notch candidates for our clients across Europe.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and assess qualifications to determine the perfect fit for specific job roles.
  • Work closely with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
  • Keep a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships with them.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in English and Turkish (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Previous experience hiring in the BPO industry in the Balkans or Southern Europe.
  • Stellar communication and people skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently.
  • Great time management, responsiveness, and organizational abilities.
