About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via email and chat in a timely and efficient manner
  • Analyze client situations to provide quick and effective solutions
  • Identify technical issues and provide appropriate solutions
  • Offer solutions with a positive approach and excellent customer service skills
  • Organize product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs

Requirements:

  • Fluent level of Italian (spoken and written)
  • High level of English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to put oneself in customers' shoes and offer individual solutions
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
