Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to country and corporate teams on electrical engineering and technology matters related to assets in different stages.
- Conduct engineering and technical due diligence on potential acquisition projects, identifying solutions to mitigate risks and add value.
- Participate in projects to investigate root cause analysis of performance issues, resolve defects, and equipment failures.
- Review and ensure project grid code compliance, serving as a subject matter expert for plant operations, power, and transmission systems.
- Develop and lead early-stage engineering designs for utility-scale electrical assets, including layouts, SLDs, and equipment selection.
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience in engineering, preferably in building large power stations or PV or other utility-scale power projects.
- Depth of knowledge of electrical technology and subsystems, including good knowledge of factors affecting electrical plant performance.
- Excellent communication skills, including building relationships with colleagues and suppliers in numerous countries and cultures.
