**About Ultimate Sync Access**

We are a boutique sync licensing company based in the UK, specializing in providing innovative sync opportunities to artists and songwriters worldwide. Our team has successfully placed songs in popular shows like Love Island (ITV) and Temptation Island (Netflix), as well as credits with Squid Game (Netflix), BMW, Tyler Perry productions, the Saw franchise, and Burberry, among others.

**Our Mission**

We strive to connect talented individuals with top music supervisors, directors, and sync agencies, fostering a personal approach to sync licensing. Our goal is to provide a platform for artists and songwriters to showcase their work and gain exposure in the industry.

**The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Web Developer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with:

  • Wordpress, Custom CRMs, Coding, Web Development, Website Security, PHP, and Web3.
  • Providing previous work portfolios, including links to previous projects.
  • A 100% previous project completion rate.
  • Experience with app development.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and functions that can be integrated into our platform.

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • At least 1 year of experience, preferably in an IT consulting role.
  • Working knowledge of coding.
  • Desirable experience with AI, but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
