Ontex is a dynamic, international organization seeking a skilled IT professional to drive our regional IT strategy.

Job Description:
The Regional IT Strategist will lead our team of IT professionals across multiple locations in Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, and Ukraine. The role involves developing and implementing IT strategies in collaboration with other departments, ensuring system performance and security compliance with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of IT professionals to develop and implement strategic IT solutions.
• Manage local and regional projects to ensure they meet budget, quality, and deadlines.
• Act as a business partner to plant and general managers, providing counsel on IT solutions.
• Drive the adoption of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on IT processes.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT management role, at least 2 years of experience in a multinational environment, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience. Proficiency in English and an additional regional language is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
