Recruitment Manager

About the Role

Nordex Group is seeking a skilled Recruitment Responsible to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
• Manage the company's employer brand, including creating content and participating in events and activities related to employment.
• Coordinate and conduct recruitment processes, from posting job openings to interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Universities, Business Schools, and other key stakeholders.
• Evaluate and continuously improve recruitment and employer branding strategies to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
• Identify and evaluate AI tools and technologies that can be used to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree or Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• English level: C1.
• Ms Office: advanced.
• Leadership, Communication, Proactivity, Result-orientation, Planning and Organization skills.
• At least 8 years of experience within the Recruitment area in multinational companies (renewable energy companies would be an added value).
