Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, executing the Order to Delivery Process, and supporting the sales department. Key responsibilities include managing customer service activities, collaborating with internal teams, and analyzing daily operational KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Work closely with Supply Planning, Distribution, and Finance to meet business objectives
- Support Sales & Marketing to achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records
- C-coordinate database management to prevent errors and discrepancies
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance order delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management, plus 2-4 years' experience
- Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English language
