Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Technology Leadership: Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company's goals, focusing on enhancing ERP and e-commerce systems to improve efficiency in furniture production and sales.
• System Optimization and Implementation: Identify and implement technologies that streamline operations and provide strategic benefits, overseeing the enhancement and integration of ERP and e-commerce platforms.
• Resource Management: Manage the procurement of technology equipment and software, ensuring choices support operational requirements and budget limits.
• Infrastructure Oversight: Manage the company's technological infrastructure, including networks, computer systems, and cloud services, to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Industry Trend Analysis: Regularly evaluate technological trends and innovations to determine their utility in enhancing operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

Requirements
A passionate, high-performing, and talented individual with a strong background in technology leadership and strategic planning. Experience in ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and digital transformation is essential.
