We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Fuengirola and drive sales growth for our clients on the Costa del Sol.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Work as a senior property consultant to maintain market relations and stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
- Lead regular meetings with the team to ensure high performance and help them meet sales targets
We are looking for a candidate with a background in real estate, experience as a property consultant, and knowledge of the Spanish real estate market. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, have multitasking abilities, and a valid driver's license. Additional languages are a plus.
