About the Role

Kepler Cheuvreux, a leading independent European financial services company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Internal Auditor to join its Internal Audit Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Assessment and Identification: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential areas of inefficiency and risk within the company.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the audit team to design and formalize audit assignment working programs.
  • Internal Audit Execution: Participate in the execution of internal audit assignments, including information analysis, documentation of findings, and audit report drafting.
  • Control Efficiency and Effectiveness: Assess and enhance the efficiency of internal controls to ensure the company's activities are conducted in a controlled and compliant manner.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate internal audit conclusions and promote a culture of internal control within the company.
  • Recommendation Follow-up: Perform follow-up on recommendations to ensure their due implementation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the financial regulatory environment and/or financial products, Microsoft Office, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, writing skills with the ability to analyze and summarize, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English.
