Job Description:As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a vital role in driving the recruitment process for our Europe growth initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering a full life-cycle recruitment process across various requisitions and markets, including Spain and Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive efficient and effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize innovative research and sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard-to-fill roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and ways to innovate in talent acquisition.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a global talent acquisition team and contribute to implementing strategic recruitment technology and processes across the E&A region.
Requirements:- 3+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience, ideally with knowledge of EU countries.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and driving recruitment outcomes.
- Advanced sourcing skills, including creative strategies to engage passive candidates.
- Fluent in English (business language) and Spanish, with French as an added asset.
- Mastery of marketing and communication principles, with a focus on public policy or social policy expertise.
- Familiarity with European Commission networks and talent pipelines.
- Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management skills.
