Job Overview

Applus IDIADA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead the development of digital solutions to support IDIADA engineering services and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the definition and implementation of a client portal to enhance IDIADA's digital experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, project management, vehicle testing, and engineering experts to ensure successful delivery of a solution addressing relevant challenges and promoting technological advancements.
  • Elicit, prioritize, and document project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment between business and technical goals.
  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Implement agile methodologies and best practices to manage project development, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
  • Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations while adhering to project budgets and timelines.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a project manager, product owner, or similar role, preferably in the automotive or technology industry.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Passion for innovation, with a keen interest in data-driven technologies and the future of mobility.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate within large-scale projects.
  • Understanding of automotive engineering is a plus.
  • Experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of database systems is a plus.
