As a Global Training Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for developing business with existing customers and bringing in new ones. You will work closely with internal colleagues to identify opportunities and support the certification programs required by our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Secure new business and maintain excellent customer service to current customers
- Plan strategies and develop key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling
- Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who determine design opportunities and handle existing business challenges
**What You Will Do:**
You will be sales-focused and target-driven, responsible for securing new business and maintaining an excellent level of customer service to current customers. You will plan strategies and develop all key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling.
You will be required to define critical markets and new customers in your assigned sales territory, plan strategy, and develop all key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling.
You will maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who may be determining design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges.
You will ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services, requiring experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.
You will have a clear record of what projects each customer has and what stage they are at.
You will require a comprehensive ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market full set of Arrow offerings incorporating knowledge of Arrow's key supplier lines.
You will be able to promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.
**Requirements:**
- Very good communication skills and Customer Relationship Management
- Negotiation skills, communication skills & presentation skills
- Autonomous, proactive way of working
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
