Our Team
The Value Chain Optimization team is responsible for developing data-driven solutions that support better business decisions. We work with global teams to implement innovative solutions in supply chain management, leveraging the latest graph technologies and data integration techniques.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Design and maintain complex graphs and related applications using the latest graph technologies.
- Develop and extend smart frontends to utilize graph data and facilitate business usage.
- Translate business requirements into graph-based solutions.
- Integrate graph techniques with AI solutions.
- Collaborate with global teams in an agile DevOps environment.
- Improve AI solutions with regards to user interfaces, graph modeling, data quality management, and adoption.
- Support the industrialization of AI solutions.
Qualifications
A Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, life sciences, chemistry, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience. You should have a sound understanding of graph databases, graph algorithms, and data integration at large scale, preferably with Neo4j or Graphistry. Practical experience in ontology development, data modeling, and programming with Python, Cypher, and Java is also required. Business consulting and technical consulting skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and strong communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
Nice to Have
Understanding of natural sciences and/or the chemical industry, experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software, and fluency in English (spoken and written).
