About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of our clinical trials by providing technical support to the project team and coordinating non-clinical responsibilities of project administration.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform investigator file reviews and logging of outstanding issues in project-related tracking tools.
  2. Review regulatory documents for proper content and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  3. Liaise with monitors and investigative sites to resolve outstanding regulatory issues identified.
  4. Disseminate study-related information, including project tracking updates to clients, clinical study teams, and other PPD departments.
  5. Assist with the identification of potential investigators and development/distribution of initial protocol packets.
  6. Create meeting agendas and minutes, as well as coordinate team conference calls and distribution of meeting minutes.

Requirements

  1. University degree, or equivalent in education, training, and experience.
  2. Ability to effectively analyze project-specific data/systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Experience of managing multiple projects with differing priorities at one given time.
  4. Exceptional communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills.
  5. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
