Digital Sales Key Account Manager Role

**Role Overview**
At LIFULL Connect, we empower people to find their dream homes by delivering innovative real estate solutions. We're seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team in Spain, focusing on international markets, particularly the USA and Canada.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of accounts by monitoring and analyzing key metrics to ensure we meet our commitments to existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as introducing new services, product features, or budget expenditure approaches.
- Establish and maintain collaboration with prospects and clients to understand their needs and provide valuable strategic advice.
- Develop and execute plans to increase our client base and revenue in the region.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience in a digital business.
- Sales-driven approach, with a focus on acquiring new business, delivering sales pitches, and general business development.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing metrics and business models, such as CPC, CPM, and CPL.
- Experience managing online market campaigns and sharing results with clients.
- Online marketing knowledge and experience with web analytics, SEM, SEO, and CRM.
