Key Responsibilities- Project Monitoring: Conduct on-site monitoring to ensure compliance with project requirements and supplier conditions.
- Incident Management: Identify and address incidents, proposing and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with the Construction Site Manager.
- Progress Evaluation: Support the Industrial Project Manager in evaluating project progress and preparing detailed reports.
- Technical Solutions: Ensure that proposed technical solutions meet quality requirements and are adequate for the project.
- Work Execution: Control the execution of work and prepare progress site reports.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with specifications, deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose potential problems and propose mitigating solutions.
- Project Margin Improvement: Participate in improving the project margin.
- Supplier Meetings: Participate in main supplier meetings and EPCm contractor meetings.
- Operational Coordination: Participate in operational coordination meetings during the construction phase.
- Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report any issues.
- Language: Spanish is mandatory; English and/or French is a plus.
- Team Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with cross-functional interfaces.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.
