We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Work International. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital advertising campaigns for Swedish companies, with a focus on Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve online presence
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve target sales and revenue goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of growth and develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Provide expert advice and guidance to Swedish companies on digital marketing best practices and Google Ads optimization
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business results
Requirements:
- Native level of Swedish
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 months-1 year of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns
- 6 months-1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B)
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and develop
What We Offer:
- Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)

- Salary conditions: from 23,876.19€ up to 30,000€ gross/year
- Sales bonus package: up to 3,407.96€ gross/year
