Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Associate to join our team at Selfridges. The successful candidate will be an ambassador for Chloe, welcoming every guest into the Maison and developing long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Owner: Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term relationships with clients.
  • Omnichannel Business Partner: Lead by example and demonstrate role model behavior to deliver strong business performance and customer service.
  • Operations Excellence Supporter: Ensure impeccable store environment, BOH, and grooming at any time of the day.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent product knowledge and collections.
  • Able to support new starters and other stylists in the store.
  • Motivates and helps the team in reaching targets for boutique and individual sales.
