As Director of Technology Services, you will oversee critical departmental functions, drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge IT infrastructure strategies, and ensure our systems remain robust, reliable, and secure.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and manage IT Infrastructure Services staff.
- Develop, implement, and manage a 24x365 IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, integrity, performance, economy, and reliability.
- Communicate with partners across the organization and with management to ensure that IT infrastructure-related agendas are tied to overall company objectives and create competitive advantage.
You will act as liaison for IT infrastructure needs between company management and departments, assist and consult other company departments on the use of PSI IT infrastructure services, approve and supervise strategic plans and concepts for the design of company-wide IT infrastructure, and oversee compliance, follow up, and support thereof.
In this role, you will also develop PSI IT technology roadmap for automation, network monitoring, cloud, infrastructure, and security, supervise and manage IT projects, develop IT infrastructure disaster recovery and business continuity plans, plan the IT infrastructure budget, and communicate its priorities to company management and direct reports.
